資安通報 | Report an Incident

同仁發現或疑似發生資通安全事件時，應迅速通報本中心資通安全事件通報窗口，並告知直屬單位主管。

若收到由本中EDR平台、院本部資安科或其他資安情資機構通知發現或疑似資通安全事件時，資訊組得視事件嚴重程度斷網處理，阻斷災害擴大；並由本中心資通安全事件通報窗口通知「資安事件發生單位」處理，並副知其單位主管與中心資安長。

If you discover or suspect a cybersecurity incident, please immediately notify GRC-IT and inform your PI or supervisor.

Should GRC EDR platform, AS-ITS, or other cybersecurity intelligence agencies notify us of a confirmed or suspected cybersecurity incident, GRC-IT may disconnect network access based on the severity of the incident to prevent further damage. We will then inform the affected unit to handle the issue, with a copy of the notification sent to the PI or unit supervisor and GRC's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
