會議室網路異動通知

即日起，公共區會議室筆電與Apple TV Wi-Fi等網路已切換至獨立外網，即無法存取內部資源，如：public 資料夾、網路印表機、NAS 網路儲存設備等。

若同仁在會議中需使用內部資源，提供以下方式處理：

• 使用個人筆記型電腦並連線至 GRC_Secure 無線網路。

• 事先將所需資料儲存於隨身碟帶至會議室筆電讀取。

• 直接使用會議室公用筆電存取內網，請先確認並拔除筆電上的有線網路線，並將手動開啟 wifi 連線至 GRC_Secure。會議結束後，請務必將網路線接回原處，以確保下一位使用者能正常連線使用。

其他事項：

• • Apple TV W-Fi 維持無需帳密即可連線，方便訪客及同仁快速使用外部資源。

  • nMac 無線投影維持連結 Apple TV Wi-Fi 即可使用。

Network Configuration Changes for Conference Rooms and Public Wi-Fi

The network for public areas has been switched to an independent external line and will no longer have access to internal resources, such as the "Public" folder, network printers, or NAS devices.

If you need to access to the internal resources during a meeting, we recommend the following solutions:

• • Use your personal laptop and connect to the GRC_Secure Wi-Fi.

  • Prepare your data on a USB drive in advance to be accessed on the public laptop.

  • To use the public laptop for internal access, unplug the Ethernet cable and manually connect to GRC_Secure Wi-Fi.
    Important: Please reconnect the Ethernet cable after the meeting to ensure the next user can connect properly.

Apple TV Wi-Fi remains password-free for visitors and colleagues to access external resources.

Mac users can still use wireless projection by connecting to the Apple TV Wi-Fi.
